PRODUCTION

Saypas Etiket is in pursue of the latest developments, occuring in highly competitive sector like textile. State-of-the-art technology, implemented in production process helps us to achieve amazing quality with striking detail. Design, Weaving, Print, and Finishing Departments are the key stages in the production.

DESIGN DEPARTMENT

In our Design Department our staff is preparing the labels and emblems for the special weaving process through complicated CAD systems in order to receive the higher possible detail.

WEAVING DEPARTMENT

We have label weaving machines for the production of labels, tapes, woven images, ties and technical narrow fabrics with cut selvedges, also we have narrow fabric weaving machines for labels and braids with woven, soft selvedges in our Weaving Department. Saypas Etiket can make for you every kind of polyester (taffeta) woven labels, satin woven labels, woven emblem labels, adhesive woven label and emblems and woven tube labels. With our 12 color scheme, and width varying between 1 cm/20 cm we can make quality labels on the fly.

PRINT DEPARTMENT

In our Hot Print Department there are made various printing from any type of folio. Up to six colors is among the options in our Cold Print Department.

FINISHING DEPARTMENT

After the weaving process, our Finishing Department takes care for the full satisfaction of our clients. Cutting and folding, ultrasonic cutting, calender, emblem thickening and ironing, die-cutting and embossing and laser cutting sub-departments are responsible for this stage of the process.
